CANCELLATION POLICY
At Essence Glow Wellness Spa, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. In order to accommodate all clients and ensure the smooth operation of our schedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least a "48 Hours" notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within "48 Hours" notice, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged. If you cancel or reschedule within “24 hrs”, a $50 fee will be charge. If “NO-SHOW”, full price of treatment session will be charged to your payment method on file. This fee helps cover the costs associated with holding your appointment time. We understand that emergencies can occur. If you have an extenuating situation, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
